You can test the home you reside in. If you expect to sell your house in the near future, consider hiring a licensed professional and follow the guidelines set out in IEMA’s Radon Testing Guidelines for Real Estate Transactions. If so, you should choose the option of “Testing During a Real Estate Transaction.”
